Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase with SVS Auto Warranty. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains your rights regarding cancellations and refunds.


1. Cancellation by Customer

  • You may cancel your warranty plan within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no claims have been filed.

  • After 30 days, cancellations are eligible for a pro-rated refund based on the unused portion of coverage.


2. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@svsautowarranty.com.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Processing or administrative fees (if any) are non-refundable.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Claims already paid under the contract are non-refundable.

  • Fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or breach of contract voids refund eligibility.

  • Cancellation requests after coverage expiration are not eligible for refunds.


4. Cancellation by SVS Auto Warranty

We reserve the right to cancel your plan due to non-payment, fraud, or ineligibility. In such cases, refunds may not apply.
