Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident in your purchase with SVS Auto Warranty. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains your rights regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel your warranty plan within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no claims have been filed.
After 30 days, cancellations are eligible for a pro-rated refund based on the unused portion of coverage.
2. Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@svsautowarranty.com.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Processing or administrative fees (if any) are non-refundable.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Claims already paid under the contract are non-refundable.
Fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or breach of contract voids refund eligibility.
Cancellation requests after coverage expiration are not eligible for refunds.
4. Cancellation by SVS Auto Warranty
We reserve the right to cancel your plan due to non-payment, fraud, or ineligibility. In such cases, refunds may not apply.
